Solid breakfast place. Service was great. We got there first thing in the morning. Food was very good. One of the best places... I've had eggs benedict so far in OC. Potatoes were also made extremely well. Price were also decent and better than otherplaces. I did see a for sale sign out front, so I hope this place stays as it is in the future. Service was great, staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Our breakfast was incredible,this is definitely one of my new favorite spots to get breakfast in oc. I'm sorry to say that I was not a fan of this establishment the first thing is the additional wait time based on it estimate.... We were told 15 min but waited about 40 min. I ordered a #1. My Scrambled eggs were more chopped and tough to eat. They wereseverely overcooked. My pancakes were pretty thin and did not have a lot of taste. My sausage was dry. The bacon was the onlything that was ok. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my waitress was friendly and 2 of the other members of my party enjoyedtheir soup. I've eaten here every summer for most of my life. Baked tomato soup remains excellent, but the rest of the dining experience... left a lot to be desired. Service was very slow and there was a lot of fraternizing amongst the servers behind the counter whilecustomers waited for long periods to even get water or have their orders taken (and the restaurant was not full). Portion sizes,particularly the quantity of mix-ins in the omelets was significantly decreased, and there was almost no cheese at all in eitherof the omelets ordered.
