Hartz has a great lunch buffet. I was working with a friend in Ocean Springs, and he treated me to lunch there. There are many... choices at the buffet. Unfortunately, I couldn't fit some of everything in my belly. I had fried chicken, cucumbers, greens andcarrots on my first trip through. On the second, I had catfish and green beans. Everything I had was absolutely delicious. Itwas all seasoned perfectly, and cooked the same way. I will definitely be making many return trips to Hartz.
