I always come to this location because it?s close to home and in the same shopping center where I work. BUT they Never answer... the phone. Today, I came after work. TLDR: don?t go to this location! Hey district manager PLEASE do something about the employees at this location, because you... seriously have a problem. Today?s visit was indicative of the poor quality employees and/or training that this location has. Thedoors were locked for dine-in there was no visible signage and a red shirt employee walked right by my mother and I andcompletely ignored us as we were trying to clearly get her attention as we were confused with the hours of operation/ thedine-in option. She ignored us at the POS-looked at us but did not acknowledge us and as she walked past the doors. Maybe youneed new employees. Maybe you need better training. Also DM if you?re also managing the El Camino location in Carlsbad I wouldprobably interview that manager and employees as to what works in their store because the ladies there are absolutely fantasticand actually look like they care about their job and want to work.
