It made me so sad to only see ONE worker on a busy Sunday. The worker was struggling and I hope that they got a break because... there was at least 15 orders while I was there. Manager needs to do better. Read more
Refused to sell me ice cream because I was medically unable to wear a COVID cloth mask (ADA violation) and now will not accept... cash (aka "legal tender for all debts public and private"). Plenty of other better ice cream establishments in the area thatdon't treat you like an infected, second class serf. Read more
Closes at 10 PM you say? NOPE! They shoo you away at 930 PM by telling you "We're closed" as soon as you walk in. They don't... even say "Hello welcome to Cold Stone" they just tear your hopes and dreams of ice cream as soon as you open the door. Read more
Went here on Sunday with my wife and son, you may be asking why I?m writing this on Tuesday, Well that?s because I was going to... let it go, but it made me so mad I don?t think I will. Left the BBQ place down the street in a great mood, decided to go tohere. I haven?t been to a cold stone in 5ish years, and apparently for good reason. I was looking at what I thought was cookiedough ice cream menu, and she informs me ?umm? that?s cookie dough?, but it wasn?t what she said, it was how she said it. Iapologized and asked her for just some regular cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone, she told me they?re out of waffle cones,and they only have bowls. Hey no problem, just as good. So she sets a bowl of plain ice cream on the counter and I noticed it?sliterally just a bowl of vanilla. I asked ?does that not come with cookie dough or anything in it?? And she responded with ?youhave to ask for it? so me, confused, because I ordered COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM, asked if I could have some stuff in it and shesays ?I already put it in the bowl, I can give you some toppings? and I would think maybe I?m at fault, if my wife hadn?tordered the confetti cake ice cream, and also received a bowl of plain ice cream. It was $18 for what could have been a betterand more pleasant trip to MCDONALDS. My wife and I both worked YEARS FOH and BOH in several restaurants before our current jobs,and your staff that day is the bottom of the barrel in professionalism and courtesy.
