Waited in line for long time. Informed there was no drinks for the day. Try to charge us for the meal including the absent... drinks. My large ff was only 3/4 full. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!! Read more
Worst McDonald's in Oceanside! lady hands me a cup that was bent. so the lid wasnt on correctly and as i grab it, it caves in... and spills all over the inside of basically still a brand new car. Then as im waiting for my food a different lady switches withher and asked "what am i waiting for"? Like it isnt my job to remind you what my order is. so i just say "my food". Not tomention the lady that took my order was rude. Like i cant stress it enough that they have no people skills at all. I wasnt evengonna write a review but looking back on it and seeing thier reviews, they obviously have similar problems with bad customerservice. Read more
Time 7:45 I ordered a sweet tea and discovered it was unsweet. Naturally I went back as this is my go-to treat and it was no big... deal. Mistakes happen and I was in no rush. I pulled up to the window and explained the situation. I handed the employee mydrink thinking she would toss it in the trash. Like your SUPPOSE TO DO or NOT TAKE IT AT ALL. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID! Insteadthis girl takes the cup to a corner and proceeds to add syrup into my drink. After she handed it to me I took a sip and openedthe lid. I was shocked. Same cup, same straw, same ice, same little dent that was on my cup before I handed it over. Wearing nogloves at that! Im disgusted and beyond disappointed. Im calling the health department on this location. Who knows what else shedid to my drink when she disappeared and starting snickering with a coworker. Who knows what shes been doing to other peoplesfood!! Unbelievable that this location was been brought down by these type of immature workers. There are truly lovely peoplethere too. I doordash for this location a lot and its my local MCDS (20 plus years) so I?m super fond of it. I even had a fewbirthdays here back in the day when that was a thing but this incident is not acceptable and Ill be damned if I dont reportthis. Someone?s gonna get sick!
