Wow! The person who took the order was so monotone I don't know if it was a robot or a real person. Then the girl that was the... one who gave us our food was ridiculously, for lack of a better word, rude. When I asked her for ketchup it was like she wasmaking the ketchup herself and was so put out by me asking her for a few more packs. So basically no ketchup and no napkins eventhough it is a to-go order perhaps a lot of us aren't going home to eat this and still need those things. This is the worst Mac Donald?s I have ever been too!!! Don?t waste your money and drive another mile to another Mac Donald?s in... the area. I went through the drive through and ordered lunch for my girls. When I got to the window they gave me my order butwas missing 2 items so they told me to drive up to one of the prefer pick up spots and the two items would be brought out to me.I waited and waited and waited and after 15 minutes I couldn?t wait anymore so I went inside with my receipt to get my 2 items.The manager came out and I explained the situation and when she looked at the receipt she said ? this receipt is not for thedrive thru mam? and I said excuse me? I could t understand what she meant so I asked her to repeat herself and she goes ?Mam youdidn?t get this items in the drive thru this is not a drive thru receipt.? According to her I was lying about purchasing theitems in the drive thru so I had to get my teenage daughter and 10 year old daughter to come testify that we had just gonethrough the drive thru and purchased our items. I also threatened to call the police if they didn?t give me my items. Finallyshe said ok you will get your items shortly and went hide in the back like a coward. I hadn?t eaten at McD for a long time but decided to try it. First up: the food was a mixed bag. Fries were surprisingly good... and at a proper temp. Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich was the problem: main issue is the chicken seemed rubbery, and I actuallycouldn?t eat most of it; the ?crispy? texture and seasoning was ok. Other factors: The menu board was well lit and easy tograsp what?s available. The price of a medium combo was just under $10 which is pretty common in these inflationary times. Therestaurant decor was nice and they played decent music. The wait time (fairly busy at 12:30 pm) was not long, the staff seemedbusy and professional, although I had to go back and ask for ketchup (hint: either provide it with fries or at least ask if thecustomer wants it). Favorite Local McDonald's. Recently updated, fast and accurate service. Be mindful of the poor planning of the overall... property's parking lot during high traffic hours around lunch and dinner. Recommend entering the property from Canon vs. Melrosewhen busy. Online order ahead with Drive-Thru pick up for most streamlined experience. Curbside will be a wait, so have patienceif choosing that option. Read more

Hands down the most outstanding drive through experience I?ve had. Food was perfect
