First and last time at this establishment. Placed an order online and picked up right at 15 min when it was ready. When I got... there they were finishing up my order and getting ready to bag it. The fries were completely cold, boneless wings were greasyand drenched in oil, there was a layer of oil in the 4 wrappings of each different flavor. Couldn?t even eat and threw the mealout. I don?t like leaving negative reviews. But when you order your food an hour prior. Show up, wait 15 minutes to be attended... (while the phone is constantly ringing and being blatantly ignored), then you?re told your food isn?t even ready. So you waitanother 30 minutes before getting your bag covered in sauce from unchanged gloves. You double check your sauce covered boxes ofwings to make sure it?s all correct but at that point you?re extremely over the whole experience to even care. It?s just notworth it. If you pre-order and you go in to pick up don't bother paying any attention to their signs for where to go to pick up because... they will completely ignore you and then help the customer that just walked in the door, proceed to ask the customer that justwalked in the door if they've already ordered or if they're picking up. Worst customer service ever! Literally had to stopsomeone from a task they were doing to make them get my order instead. Came in for the ?wings day? to get to the 5 free wings with my order and they forgot to add the extra wings entirely. So... annoying. And to top it off they play music that would be inappropriate if you tired to eat here with your kids. Cussing andusing the ?n? word. Not a very professional wingstop. That?s for sure.
