So it?s my 1st time here I?m with my 20 month old son & as soon as I walked in I felt the negative energy, the cashier was very... unpleasant & I wasn?t sure what to get so he walks away doesn?t try to help at all , but as soon as my son grabs a bag of chipshe?s like oh are u paying for them ? The smoothies and acai bowls were very good, I highly recommend!
I specifically said add egg plant and go easy on the vinaigrette and on top of that it was cold and the bread was a little too... old. This is the 2nd time that they mess up my order. Try to call to complain but no body picked up the phone. Read more

Upon walking in with my 11 year old daughter, a female employee (or owner) was sitting in the distance and told someone else to... take care of us. He came out (maybe an owner as well being that when I complained he told me they?ve been around for 14 years)and didn?t say hello or crack a smile. Both of them were RUDE from the start!!! My daughter ordered an Acai Bowl asking the manif there were nuts in the granola. She doesn?t like the nuts, but isn?t allergic. He didn?t know if there were nuts in it butnever once said he will check. I asked if we can take a look at a sample of the granola to peek for nuts and so he sends thewoman over with the whole box. She lets me read the ingredients. I proceeded to ask her as I asked him initially just to take apeek at a sample and she rolled her eyes at me. My daughter even noticed so I said something to her. The man said ?We are justtrying to accommodate you.? I said, ?If that?s the case you or her would have shown us the actual granola being that you weren?t100% sure if it contains nuts.? I said, ?I understand that they put on boxes that it?s made in a factory with tree nuts but thatdoesn?t mean there are actual chunks of nuts in it.? He said, ?Well maybe this isn?t the place for you.? I told him, ?Clearlynot since I don?t frequent places with rude owners, managers and/or workers and I won?t be returning.?
