WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Had appt to pick up my ham the day before thanksgiving. Little did I know that I?ll be in line 5 hours... later. Got in line at 7pm left at 12.15am. Yes! left the store the next day. Only one cash register was open, 100 people inline. Security officer was arguing with customers. The owner was outside smoking. Although the food is great. We prepaid for a ham before coming and pick it up before thanksgiving. We prepaid, we reserved time... to pick up. When we got to the store, the line was incredibly long. The security guard said the line had to be made and that itdid not matter if we selected time to reserve and prepaid. I do not understand what is the point of doing the pickupreservation if they are not going to honor it. 2.5 hours later we finally made it to the door. What a horrible system they havefor this. The Managers working in this store have zero clue what they are doing. I pre ordered a ham and had to wait over 2 hours to pick... it up. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I will never order from this location again. Read more

Ordered 4 items from this store a week before thanksgiving. They were already paid for, I got there for pick up the day before... thanksgiving and the line was down the street. I waited 3 and a half hours in line. That didn?t make sense that I would have towait almost 4 hours in line if I?ve already ordered and paid for something a week before. When I got to the front of the line,they didn?t have 2 items I paid for already and they only gave me 2 items instead of the 4 I paid for. Poorly ran, and poorlyorganized. Read more
