Went yesterday after long day of work excited for açaí at the Occoe location. I ordered, tipped, waited patiently until one of... the workers asked about one of my bowls. They informed me they were out of Gluten Free Granola after I had paid for it. Sheasked me if I wanted regular granola, I let her know that I have celiac so that wouldn?t be possible. On top of this, the twoorders after me received there?s before mine. My bowl came out super sloppy as well. The lady who did mine must have been newjust watching her pace compared to how fast the young girls were. Coming from someone who has worked in Food and Beverage, it?sin important to keep track of inventory. It?s unbelievable how I paid for something you guys didn?t even have? Got the large Acai Green bowl and it was delicious! Super filling and fresh
Great smoothies and bowls but their hours online never match what the employees tell customers. Multiple times I have shown up... well before the close time and have been told they were closed (ex. Shown up at 9:00 but advertised 9:30 and I?m told theirclosed). Disappointing to say the least cause the stomach wants what the stomach wants. Read more

Whoever worked this morning was not friendly. I arrived at 8:30 am(online said the store was open) however the door was locked.... I asked what time did the store open. She said 8:45 am and closes the door. I also see her walk to the back and noticed shedoesn?t wash her hands. I asked her to wash please her hands before preparing the food. I watched her put chairs and tables,touch the door, and register along with other equipment inside before I made the request. She eyed me as if I said somethingwrong. When the store finally ?opened? there were a flood of people that also came in and they weren?t greeted let aloneacknowledged. Luckily I watched her make my food so I grabbed it and left. I used to frequent Tru Nature a few years back whenthey first opened and if is the new experience I?ll have to find somewhere else to go.
