Under cooked dough. The crust was pale and the crumb was doughy. We ordered the 16 inch but it looked a little small I measured... it. 14.5 inches. The bakers should sample their product for salt . The place was not busy at all so there was no reason forthis to be less than the best offering. The toppings were ample. This is the worst local pizza I have bought and was not worththe money.
