I got a Royal Farms Reward card in June and entered it after my credit card but did not get the 10cent/gallon reward. There was... no message after I enter it. This is the 2nd time I did not get the reward. The first time on a different close Royal Farms Iwent in and asked the clerks what happened and they said it happens a lot and they could not do anything for me. It reallyisn't a lot of money but I don't do business with cheating companies. Read more

If they are out of what you order, they just give you whatever they have instead of asking what you want as an alternative. One... time I asked for a spicy chicken salad club and they were out of chicken salad, so they just put one chicken tender in betweentwo slices of bread. Got 8 eight piece chicken, dark meat and western fries and rolls!!!
