Very disappointed in the service. We have ordered several times for birthdays/special occasions, each to be delivered to that... person's office. The last 3 times have been a disaster. The delivery driver is not delivering that day and going back to thestore saying the person was not there or that the office is closed without attempting to deliver. This last time, we orderedfrom the website, the pictures show what was ordered and what we got. I will not waste my money again. Read more

I ordered edible arrangement a day early to be delivered to her residence the next day. My daughter still hasn?t received it... late the day if her birthday. I contacted EA and was told that they deliver to schools and businesses first but that she wouldcontact the driver to deliver to my daughter as she had to be gone by 3:30 that day. I called daughter again to see if it hadbeen delivered before she left the house and nothing. I contacted EA again and lady said she was unable to make contact withdelivery driver.....hmmmmm......how can you NOT make contact with the driver?!?!?!? That?s unacceptable.....will NEVER everuse them again. I?ll drive to Midland to pick one up....way better customer service than Odessa!!!!! ???????? Read more

Update: I was contacted by store management shortly after, it was confirmed the original order was left at the wrong address.... Order was resent promptly to the right recipient. Thank you management. The fruit was great, beautiful order, so I've upgradedfrom 1 to 3 stars for the trouble we had the ruined the surprise. Ordered a gift to be delivered to in law, driver had to haveleft it at wrong address so it never got deliver but the store wouldn't redo the order because the ticket said it had beendelivered. I spoke to several people that lied that day about "looking into" the situation but no return calls to resolve. Nowthe store doesn't answer when I call. Never again! Unorganized, unprofessional, customer service is extremely poor. Read more
