Worst jack in the box drive thru ive ever seen. Always had issues with this drive thru so i ordered for carry out through the... app cause the app said it was open for carry out until 1am. Walked in and saw 3 people just standing around and was kicked outsaying they were closed; went back through the drive thru and it took 50 mins for me to finally get my order that i placedonline an hour before with 7 cars in front of me. Has been this way for the past year I've been coming to this location andwon't be back. Only positive thing to say is my order was at least correct but cold by time i got it. Read more

Worst experience ever!!! From taking my order to receiving my order. Horrible customer service. The lady had an ugly attitude... the moment I started to order on the intercom. Then went to the window to receive my order the guy had an ugly attitude as well.Then when I asked for my money back because they got my order wrong two times they denied me my money!!!!
