Ordered pizza and wings from here on 11/1/22 and the food was phenomenal. Everyone who worked that night did such a great job... with the food! Order had multiple missing items and when I called to complain a man answered claiming to be store manager. Refused to listen to... my complaints and disconnected the call multiple times. When I finally got through again I asked to speak to the store owner andhe refused to connect me to store owner. He insisted that my order was complete even though I told him multiple times that I wasmissing an order of breadsticks and a topping on my Pizza. I told him I wanted to lodge a complaint for poor customer serviceand he refused to hear my complaint. Read more

Was in town for the day and was craving Pizza Hut. When I arrived, they had a line of customers picking up orders. Which is... fine. They had a good handful of employees working, and no one acknowledged us. 8 walked to another employee asking if we couldseat ourselves. He said yes. We sat there waiting for someone to approach us. Numerous employees saw us sitting there actuallymaking eye contact with us, but never asked if we had been helped. They continued to discuss other things going on. Anothercouple came in and sat down and were acknowledged and had their drink order taken. I figured the workers would now tend to thedining area and approach us to take our drink order. I was wrong. We knew it was not going to be a good experience so we decidedto get and proceed with walking out. One employee just looked at us without asking or saying a word. Very disappointing. Read more
