They have no sense of customer urgency, I?ve waited 30+ mins on a order and they still didn?t even give me the correct order.... While I wait for them to fix it, the Hispanic girl with a sleeve tattoo on her left arm decided to crack jokes about the othergirl with the green hair for messing up the order. Why it took them as long as it did with no customers on the inside and onlytwo cars in the drive thru I will never know. Read more
We just placed an order and the drive thru attendant was VERY rude. I've never dealt with a rude barista at this location before... so I was taken aback. Yikes, take a break and cool off before you start snapping at customers. Read more
Every time I order from here my drink is made different. Any its never good. This last time was the last time. I swear there... wasn't even any coffee in it. I had to get coffee added at a different location, and pay fornit. Go to the one at the Marriott,theirs are way more consistent. Read more
I learned when wanting Starbucks it's easier to order on the app then to order at the drive through you can always pick whether... you want to pick your drink up inside or through the drive thru. I have never had to sit and wait long that way????reason forlow stars is because they do take so long. Read more
