Always go to this location because my Granddaughter loves it. Everything was great until we ordered a kids meal and instead of... kids/toy booklet we decided to get the kids scoop of ice cream. They said they could hold it for us until we were done eating.After eating I went to the counter to get my gbabys scoop of ice creme. The Manager said 'That would be $1.79 " I said what? AsI told her this was the free scoop of ice creme, but I just wanted to add chocolate syrup and had no problem paying for that. She didnt seem to know her job and was questioning other staff, then got rude to me. With that the young man that helped me(Noah) heard the conversation and said 'I have that here for her im sorry.' The Manager said well we have still no way tocharge you to just add syrup. I said "Well what is the difference in cost, since we didnt like plain Vanilla?" "She said 30cents" I said no problem and started to hand her a dollar. She said "I told you we have no way to charge you for that' I saidjust forget it then, I was getting aggravated and said "there has to be a way to charge for additionals" the young man Noah thathelped me handed me the scoop with chocolate syrup and she went off on him in front of many people. Saying ' Dont you everundermind me again" etc...it was so embarrassing and I told him im sorry and tried to hand it back to him but he said no. Needless to say it made for an awful experience in front of my young Granddaughter. I couldn't help to feel bad for the niceyoung man that was trying to help and do the right thing. He knew I had no problem paying and his Manager was so rude. ChickFilet please retrain your Management on customer service and find a way to charge for additionals. Way to go O'Fallon ChickFilet for hiring Noah. Read more

Found mold in my market salad. So expensive just to not even be able to eat it.
We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich level 4 and three chicken tenders at level 3. We like spicy food but level 3 and 4 was a... little too much, just an FYI. The food was great but $19.41 for a sandwich and three chicken tenders ($9.99 for the sandwichand $7.99 for the 3 tenders) is a bit ridiculous especially when you can go to Chic-Fil-A and get a spicy chicken sandwich, aside, and a drink for $10.14 and that's why I gave you all 3 stars.
