Great food and great service. Was ready fast. Employee was working hard to fill orders and run the register.
The W Terra location offers great service. Pizza's made the way you want them. Not scimpy on toppings. We can't say this... about many restaurants these days. Thank you! Read more
I have never had an issue with this location. Family owned franchise. Very courteous and accurate. My go to pizza spot.
I ordered pizza from this location last night, when I arrived the very rude manager did not greet us and we stood at the counter... for 5-7 minutes before he came over upon he asking what we needed my son stated that we had an order that he left a messageabout and that instead of the ham that they didn?t not have he could make it pepperoni and pineapple instead. The manager rudelystates that I should have answered my phone and because I did not he made it just pineapple, I do not want just pineapple pizza,I said to him that I don?t talk on the phone when I am driving and in fact my phone forwards all calls to VM he said that I hadsomeone else with me and he could have answered the phone. First of all if my phone does not ring because it?s in drive mode anddid not notify me until I arrived at this location how was I suppose to know that he called. I asked him why he was being sohateful and he said he just made the pizza and if I wanted it differently then I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I toldhim to put some pepperoni on it and I would cook it at home so he was not inconvenienced, he made me wait while he packaged upother orders. Upon him bringing the pizza and wings to us the pizza barley had any cheese and the wings were not tossed and hemade it very clear that he was unhappy. I did not do anything to this man and it?s not my fault that they did not have what Iordered. If you treat all your customers in the rude fashion you will run them all off. There are several other pizza placesnear me and I will never order from this location again. They need a new manager that cares what the customers think! I knoweveryone is short handed but if you don?t want to do the job then quit do have an attitude because your busy! Read more
