Let me say I have always been a fan of Wingstop in general, but the visit to the O'Fallon, MO store was a complete disaster from... start to finish. We arrived at 5:55pm on 11/20/22, and they took our order quickly, which was great. It was downhill fast fromthere. We ordered over $30 of food, and went to fill our drinks.....no ice in the machine so we had warm drinks. Then wefinally got our food at 633pm......38 mins later. We open our wings and all of the Lemon Pepper wings (which was across all 3meals we bought), had 1/4 inch pool of grease in the bottom. One of these was the chicken sandwich, so the bun was soggy fromsoaking up all the grease, and it still had a pool in the bottom of the tray it came in. I asked them to place it on a newbun......6 mins to even get that done. Overall, a horrible experience to which we will never make the drive to eat there again. And they had 5 people working back there, so they cant chalk it up to being short staffed. Staff just seemed to be undertrained with little to no leadership present. Read more
They're either overwhelmed or poorly managed. If they're overwhelmed, I get it. They over schedule us at my job too. The fries... were really tasty, but the new sandwich is nothing to write home about. Pretty greasy, and it's not cooked in the sauce. Minewas a chicken patty with sauce just squirted all over it or dunked before they put it on a bun. Edible and enjoyable, but notfive star. Read more
They really need help getting there staff in order. Placed my order 12-15 min wait gave time after that before showing up. My... order still had yet to be cooked. Service has progressively gotten worse and worse over the last few months. I love wingstopbut this was my last time going to this location for awhile for sure. Read more
Ordered delivery directly through their website (which uses door dash). The food arrived stale (not just cold) like it had been... cooked hours ago. Nothing was fresh and there was barely any sauce in the wings. The French fries were also very stale and hard,pale white, and had no seasoning. They also forgot our dipping sauces to top it all off?. When I called to speak to the store,Kay the manager said there was nothing she could do and blamed the entire problem and awful food on doordash. Overall we werevery disappointed and never offered a refund only told to contact doordash (who then told me to contact the store). Read more

Bun was burnt. Chicken sandwich had very little chicken in it. (see pic) It was all breading and no meat. Very dry and flat.... Soda was all carbonation and no syrup. Wasn't cheap either but was trash quality. Read more
