WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered a wagyu burger and it was awful. The burger was extremely thin and everything was thrown on the... burger. We asked for bacon and it didn?t come with it. I also ordered a French dip and it was cold, the cheese wasn?t melted. Icalled to inform the staff of the issue and when I went in person to speak with the manager Noe he was incredibly rude. He wasvery arrogant and was refusing to give my any contact information for corporate. I brought the food back to him and wanted arefund and he would only do one item and not both.
