Used to love this place, drinks are great but who really has time to wait an hour for 3 drinks, I?ve been going there twice a... day for the last couple of months spending at least 50$ a day there. But the way I was treated by Andy today, all because Isaid ?I?ve been in this line with only 1 car ahead of me for an hour, just for my drinks to be wrong & watery? plus tipped him10$ before this on a 20$ order he proceeds to yell at me ?we?ll then stop coming here? the only time I?m ever waiting that longis when Andy is making them, the girls are great and I love the coffee here. But to be treated so wrong when I?ve been areturning customer for months and very rarely do I not tip & come twice a day. Im very disappointed. He?s very defensive whenyou tell him he?s slow, and nobody comes to a coffee shop to wait an hour. Im very patient & understanding and really was jokingwhen I made the comment I did, we always joke around so thought nothing of it, but his response was uncalled for.
