Ordered online. Arrived 30 minutes after i placed order and it was not on the online order stand. I continually checked my app... to see if my order was ready. Finally after sitting inside waiting for my order watching the workers yelling and rough housing ifinally asked to get not order delivered since i was on work break. They had my order behind the counter and my app still showedthat my order was not ready after i finally received my order. Very disappointed with my experience here. Read more

We ordered delivery and it was delivered to the wrong building. When I asked which door it was left at they said the front door.... I asked if it was dropped of at the right building and they didn't respond. We had to go hunt down our food because they didn'teven tell us where it was dropped off. When we finally got the food the order was wrong. One of us had gotten a lettuce wrapwhen it wasn't supposed to be and the other got mayo on it when they asked for no mayo. They get really sick from it and therewas a ton of mayo on both side of the sandwich. When I called the store to see if we could get the right food they just saidthey "didnt put any mayo on it" and"we just closed so what do you us to do about it" and never fixed our order. Read more
