The bites were old and cold. Workers were colder. Was very disappointed. Fortunately I found a second one in the food court... area that was good. Workers were nice. Don't eat at the one across from Sees candies. Read more
I absolutely love the food itself, the employees however are more often than not rude and seem to hate every minute of what they... do. They close 30 minutes early simply because they don't want to work anymore, and they are sometimes rude about having to makemore food or if you order something that takes more work for them to make. If I could give this place one star I would. The two girls working the counter took it upon themselves to make fun of and tease... my 14 year old trying to order! PretzelMaker you lost my business for life!! Hire better people!!! Read more
Everyone working has such a horrible attitude and just bad customer service. If you want to be treated bad for wanting to buy... some pretzels come to the one by Morgan jewelry. I am not asking for anything free I am making a purchase and they get paid towork. Remember we select where we work. It is not the customers fault you do not like your job. Read more
