Whoever yall have on sandwiches tonight needs some help ???? We ordered 2 of the new Mozzarella sandwiches, one grilled, the... other classic chicken with bourbon sauce. We received a Mozzarella sandwich with a beef patty with bourbon sauce (wrapper waswrapped with the "chicken" face up, indicating it was a chicken sandwich even though it wasn't) and a Mozzarella with classicchicken. Even if they had run out of grilled chicken and substituted it with a beef patty, the bourbon sauce was supposed to beon the classic chicken and it wasnt... I am giving this Wendy?s 4 stars purely for Trent. He is an amazing worker! He speaks so kindly and respectful to his coworkers.... He had a meaningful conversation with every customer. Instead of yelling out names when the orders were ready, he brought thefood to your table. He made our experience very positive! Read more
Not good at all. Took almost 6 minutes to take my order, nobody else was in line. Worst Classic Chicken sandwich I've ever had.... Bread was dry and not fresh. Chicken was not even warm. It was very dry. It clearly sat in a warming bin for quite sometime.Fries had so much salt on them I couldn't eat them. I ordered a 10 piece nugget for my daughter, we got 6 instead of 10. Thecashier was rude and using profanity behind the counter complaining about how the orders were being made like Doordarsh etc.Takeout orders being made before dine in customers. She clearly had no help at the front counter, she was clearly frustrated andeveryone else seemed to just care about the drive thru. Food quality the last few times has been incredibly poor. This location is chill the quality is hit or miss tho unfortunately. I feel like my stomach hurts more then it should whenever I... eat here and the fries are never fresh. Completely disappointed. I ordered two spicy chicken fillet sandwiches. After spending 35 minutes in the line to pay. Got home... to find out I had regular chicken fillet sandwiches and they went fix it. This happened on closing shift. I will never go backto this Wendy's it was a horrible experience. As much as I hate McDonald's in in and out I'd rather go there than that Wendy's. Read more
