Wendy's has always been our favorite and this location is by far the greatest Wendy's we've been to. We did the drive-through... and let's just say we were moving faster than the chick-fil-a line right next door if that tells yall anything! So on top ofgetting our food quickly and accurately (I'm a little needy when it comes to my burgers), We were met by the biggest smile andgreat attitude of crystal who seemed to not only take care of us but her crew as well! I have rarely been speechless going to a restaurant that serves fast food, mostly because I already have low expectations.... However this Wendy?s went above and beyond the normal trash experience I get, I doubt they have a single employee with a GED orhigh school diploma, most seemed to lack the ability to use verbal communication to communicate to me. The service is terriblethe food is rubbery, and they treat like you are the problem. 10/10 if you like spit in your food. Read more
This place really has seen better days. Their prices are outrageously high and food quality has dropped considerably. The "new"... fries they released fairly recently are downright awful and almost never hot/fresh. I used to be able to get a nice, hot andfresh Dave's Double meal for about $8.50; now I get the privilege to spend over $12 for nauseating, room temperature garbage.It's honestly just not worth coming here anymore. Food was good, but the service was TERRIBLE. The person at the register was fully aware that both of the customer drink... fountains were out of order, yet still gave us empty cups without mentioning it. We had to stand in line AGAIN just to get ourdrinks filled. If it had just been that, I would have given this place 4 stars, but no. I ordered a Son of Baconator and got aDave's single instead. I stood in line for a THIRD time. When I got to the counter, I told the lady at the register the problem,and she just gave me bacon to put on the burger. Not even a peep of an apology. Read more

If I could give minus stars I would. The worst service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Took 32 minutes to get my... baked potato and chili from the time I paid. My friend that ordered right after me still hadn't gotten his chicken combo after45 minutes so he asked for his money back and went next door to chick-fil-a where he ordered and had his food within 8 minutes. You are screwed if you dine in. The newest and slowest people do the lobby register and door dash orders. There was nodiningroom rush just super slow and untrained workers taking and pulling the orders. If you want to dine in, do yourself afavor and dont go to Wendy's. They dont want your business for dine in. Read more
