If I could rate zero I would. Ordered a large pizza with extra crispy wings and they definitely were not extra crispy wings. I... called to report this to them in hopes of resolution and to ask for a credit or to receive some wings that were actually donecorrectly. They blamed the background sound on why they got the order wrong. They insisted I should have corrected the orderwhen it was read back to me. They did not apologize and were argumentative. If I wanted any kind of reciprocation they offeredfor me to return to the shop with all the uneaten wings and for me to wait for a new order that wouldn't begin until I returnedto the shop with the wings or the alternative a discount on our next order. I'm sorry but our meal had already been ruined bythe order being wrong in the place. Now I'm being asked to break up our meal as a family and return to the shop with wings so Ican wait again. Not impressed, I will be ordering from Burger Barn because they know how to accept responsibility for theirmistakes and apply the credit to you when they get the order wrong without you bringing it back to them. Highly recommended! Such a local gem
Stopped here with my family after attending the pow wow, and boy was this ever a nice surprise! Not only were the prices... reasonable, but the food was delicious! Hands down the best pizza I ever had!! We ordered a fam size fries gravy also and theserving was really large! The fries and gravy was also phenomenal! Hard to complain because it?s probably the best pizza I?ve ever had. My only frustration was that the price on their menu didn?t... match up with what they charged me.
