Cottage Inn is widely known to be expensive relative to other pizza chains - but we?ve liked the product in the past. In advance... of a gathering with people expecting to eat at 5:00, we placed our order at noon. On arriving at the store at 4:50, we were told?sorry, we?ve been getting a lot of orders; your order won?t be done for another 35 minutes. I understand that things happen,but decent service dictates that you at least call the customer; offer a price reduction, or something, for screwing up aparty?s order after the customer went to the trouble of ordering five hours ahead of time.
