Food was excellent. One of the apps we got was the marinated olives. I am not sure what we expected, but they seemed to just be... ...olives! Good though. The Korean spare ribs were good, just tasted like a good pot roast. Server worked hard to please us. Wetook some desserts home. They were pretty good too. We reserved a room at Dusty's Cellar for a friend's 22nd birthday party. We've had the worst service of our lives. Our... reservation was for 6:30PM for a total of 11 people. When we went to use the restroom, we could clearly hear our servergossiping about us staying late (we did not know that they closed at 8PM. They should have given us a reservation earlier sincethere is no way they could have accommodated 11 people in 90 minutes. Our food was still not out by 8PM). She was alsocomplaining about lighting the candles on top of the cake (there were seven). She did not answer our questions or misgivingsabout the menu. She also did not check on us throughout the evening. Some of our orders were brought wrong. We really only sawher at the end of the night before she brought our checks. She said that there will be a $50 fee for the room, and she knowsthat no one has informed us about the fee until this point. If we wanted to dispute it, we would need to come back tomorrow totalk to the manager. I think it's common sense to know that you cannot charge people for something you have not informed themabout. We said that it's not okay and we cannot come here tomorrow to fix their mistake. We would need to talk to someone rightnow. They said that there were no higher ups/no manager. After we refused to pay the $50 fee, of course, a higher up did show.He was nice and happy to take off the fee. In the meantime, we were not personally mean to any server. We did make it clearthat our lack of knowledge about this fee was not okay. Also, there is a mandatory service fee that is 20% of each check (weguessed but once again we should have been clearly informed prior. Also, the mandatory service fee applies to the $50 fee forthe room. So you pay a fee on a fee). After we left the restaurant, the manager, Jeremy, called us. Have always been happy with dining experience. However went there September 24th and upon being seated ordered wine and mussels... for our appetizer. Our waitress delivered the wine and took our dinner order. After half an hour she brought out our dinnerwhich was excellent but we didn't receive the mussels. When we told her we had them ordered she was rather unapologetic and madeno attempt for a resolution. Just put our dinners down.
