It was really hard to get to the place due to the construction around it. They were running low on most of the drinks and the... there was some fight going on when we reached there. The staff was friendly and were doing their best. Not the best Paneraexperience. Read more
My son decided since it was a rainy day and we both got to chill that he wanted hot chocolate with his dinner and that Panera... bread was the place to go. He really enjoyed being able to order on the tablet and pick what he was eating and see the pictureswhich is perfect. The food came very quickly and we got our text message notifications. Everything was so automated and quick Idon't think we interacted with the staff hardly at all. They seemed friendly when we went back up to inform them we hadn'tgotten one of the items we ordered. They were super swamped so I wouldn't give them too hard about the fact that the tablesdidn't seem the cleanest. They may need an additional staff person to keep up on keeping the dining in area spick and span wewere there during quite a rush hour though. Overall food was super good the kid had a blast and we both enjoyed our time there. Read more
A really nice place to get some work done on your laptop but the service here is not great. No lids for cups for an hour, dirty... tables, and my Mac and cheese came out cold and when I told one of the workers, he kind of rudely just said "there's a microwaveover there" which I could not find. I?ve ordered the Bacon, Egg, Cheese breakfast sandwich here multiple times. If I don?t specify Cibatta bread like three times... before paying for my order, I end up with some hamburger bun instead. When I order this sandwich I ask for extra egg and extracheese: in doing so, this apparently confuses the person taking the order, which in turn always, 100%, results in my receiving a?extra eggs, extra cheese, but NO bacon? sandwich, which I clearly did not order. The most recent time ordering through thedrive through I received my ?NO bacon? egg, cheese sandwich and 4 sliced, not toasted bagels and it took them about 35 minutesto walk it out to me while saying under their breath in a very insincere manner ?sorry for the wait?.
