Since y'all didn't wanna answer the phone, HERE WE GO!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! Let's start with how... unprofessional, rude, slow, and disrespectful the employees and managers at this store are. Every time you walk in or drivethrough somebody has a stank attitude with you. For why? I'm just trynna eat. You decided to stick with a regular 9-5 jobgetting paid $9 an hour and wanna have an attitude with every customer like that's fixing to solve all of your personalproblems. It won't. Second, EVERY time I go to this Arby's for my turkey gyro, the meat is cold and the bread is stone hard. I'mnot about to bust my teeth on no gyro. Some people, like myself, have eating disorders so when we finally want to eat it, it'simportant that we take that opportunity. I feel like Arby's ripped that from me tonight. As they do any other night I visit theArby's on 39th. This Arby's is as trashy as the employee's attitudes. Have tried this location a few times. Each time, I have had similar issues with my food allergy. Today, after stating while... placing my order that I had a food allergy and asking to have my food without the allergen, they handed me my order with theallergen. Instead of driving off, I waited and they opened the window so I could hand them back my sandwich. The manager toproceeds to refer to me as a crybaby and berate the lady taking orders at the window about not typing in orders correctly. Irealize it was busy, but that is never acceptable! Read more
Place has been going downhill for years. Today was them wanting to argue with me how much I owed. They told me on the intercom... $10.96 then when I got to the window, $13 and some change. Proceeded to explain to me with an attitude that the $10 was beforetax, and asked if I had a large drink. I didn?t, I had a medium, but her mistake didn?t stop the attitude. Turns out they forgotto add my medium on, then just charged a large for whatever reason. Original $10.96 receipt was stuck to the bag, had to ask forthe $13 dollar receipt. Worst experience ever! Definitely do not care about the customers! If you correct them on their order, they will definitely call... th e police on you because you argue with what you order vs what you actually ordered! only reason 2 stars is food, customer service has become non-existent. If U order completely off menu might be fine, except for... long wait to order then again waiting on food. If you need anything different, like no cheese on the beef cheddar (cannot eatsesame seeds) expect there to be considerable confusion & that confusion not hidden.
