Very bad customer service. Not the first time at this location but this is poorly managed location with rude employees and very... unprofessional. I usually order online through the AA app but gets my order wrong everytime I ordered jalapeño pretzel but gotclassic one. And the one i got had too much salt. I was served a old and burnt cup of bites. When I took them back the served me an even more old and burnt cup of bites. Not... the quality you come to expect from this brand. Staff was nice but just didn't seem to get it that they were old and burnt. Read more
