Just recently found out about this place and I'm so glad I did! It's so nice to not have to drive all the way downtown just to... find some delicious vegetarian/vegan food. If you?re a little less than enamored with your food choices lately, you have to get over to the Bee Healthy Cafe. Today was my... third visit and I enjoyed the Salmon Spinach salad with a side of hummus and veggies. Previously, I enjoyed both the tuna andchicken salad in a spinach wrap. Everything is super fresh and bursting with flavor. What puts Bee Healthy over the top thoughis the quality of the coffee drinks, particularly the espresso.
