This is the WORST Braum's I have ever had the misfortune to visit. I went through the Drive thru and ordered. A #1 w cheese/ no... onion w a med. cappuccino chunky chocolate shake xt thick. I paid and got my bag of food. The DT cashier was rude. She told meto pull up and wait for my shake. I tasted the fries before hand and they were old and hard. I asked for a fresh order. She toldme again to pull forward. I pulled up and waited. I decided to start eating my burger and guess what? Yup it was loaded wonions. I went in and asked to speak to a manager. I told her I ordered no onion. She asked for a new burger and informed methere were still a couple minutes left on fries, so I waited. I asked a gentleman if the shake he had was mine and he told methe flavor and yes it was mine. The shake was milk. So I asked for it to be remade. The gentleman made another super thin shakein 6min and then decided to asked the manager to make it. I have NEVER visited a Braum's w such poor customer service!!! Read more
I love Braum?s Ice Cream and the Mix?s and the Grocery items are nice also, but they don?t clean them as well as they should. I... know staffing has been difficult since Covid and a lot of places pay more. I have been in this one when there have been 4 or 5on shift and they are standing around someone should be cleaning !!! I live out east, but I make it a point to visit Braum's when I'm out west. I absolutely love their sundaes!! It's not a 5 star... restaurant, but it's a 5 star taste!! Read more
