No one was wearing gloves or washing hands. You're scooping my ice cream and you arm and hands are touching the ice cream in the... bucket, now it's contaminated. That's just what everyone wants. Read more
Since the weather's been so bad I'm in the Drive-Thru the product is great however I would appreciate it if they had on gloves... and I would also appreciate a larger cone holder rapper because sometimes a hand touches the comb I'm not germophobic but myhusband had covid, pneumonia followed by tuberculosis... there are things that can be passed through touch, you bought acone obviously you're going to eat the ice cream and then the cone right.. so the there needs to be a cover that covers thewhole cone, the server should have on gloves , that would help all of us.. I always ask that they cover the cone I think somethings now we're living in a new age and we have to look at things differently we cannot keep our head in the sand and pretendit doesn't matter if someone's hair is down their back and they're serving up a dish or if their hand might accidentally touchtheir ice cream cone that you're going to put in your mouth or your child's and they could have a plethora of things that theyjust picked up from the last 42 people that came through the drive-thru in their shift common sense we shouldn't have to ask FDAneeds to be looking a little bit differently at things but that's another story I still like Brahms they just should makechanges shouldn't we all ?? This is a pretty good Braums. It's always nice and tidy. I'm always greeted when I come into the store and someone is usually... ready to get your order pretty quickly. This is a good Braums to come to and I highly recommend this on. The restrooms arealways clean as well. The employees always look put together and not ice cream and food smeared all over themselves like otherlocations, then leaning over into the ice cream with dirty sleeves. Not this braums. Even drive thru is very quick and our foodis always right. And who knew about Braums sauce??? Ummmm I've been missing out forever and finally discovered it from a friend.That's really good stuff. Alot of flavor with a tiny kick of spice at the end. Yummy!!! Love this Braums!! Will definitely beback again soon. Read more
Responded to us over intercom with a disrespectful tone, as if we were an inconvenience to them. We still showed politeness, yet... they continued to greet us with extremely poor tone. They didn't put the coffee lids on correctly, and coffee spilled onto mylap. Thankfully I wore jeans and only redness of skin occurred. They took everything correctly on the screen, yet when wearrived home, nothing was correct. We will never go to this location, again. It has given us a lot to think about with thecompany as a whole, in fact. The quality of product and service is slowly dwindling. Read more
