I stopped by to ask about the help wanted sign on the window. I was stopped at the door by a cute little barking dog. The women... behind the counter continued on her phone conversation. She even knelt down behind the counter. So i waited.....then asked aboutthe sign and was told it was for men. Because of heavy lifting. She said i couldn't apply. Then the little dog that let me petit on the way in..bit me on the way out. Who do i need to talk to? Read more
Bought a commercial dishwasher from them less than two years ago. Today we smelled burning wires and then there were two loud... pops, like electrical wires shorting. We immediately stopped the machine, called our electrician to check out the electricalconnections, which were fine, then called City Restaurant Supply to find out who to call for repairs. They don't have anyone toservice what they sell. Now I am up a creek without a paddle. I have no idea who to call for service and they were no helpat all. Just "Sorry ". Very poor customer service. Prices are cheap because of the cheap products they sell. Caution restaurant owners/operators their cheap products fall apart... and contaminate food. Tried telling that to the guy behind the counter and he said that no one likes to buy quality productsand that he doesn?t carry any when I asked him for an upgraded exchange. They have about 60-70% of the supplies and equipment that you might need to open a restaurant or food prep/handling type of... business. Cashier was helpful, despite it being a Saturday. Only downside was that they're changing suppliers currently so theirorders are taking almost 1 month to arrive. Decent selection of used items in good working order as well. Not many businessessimilar to this in OKC so you have to take what you can get. Read more
