Out of town getting ready to head back? this trip is 22hrs+ We stop to get some lunch before we headed out. Our waitress Mimi,... needs an attitude check. Straight from the get go had a sour attitude, like we was inconveniencing her by being here. When theplace was completely empty?. Now i see why it was so empty. If ya entire staff walking about like they hate their life andprojecting it onto their customers. And when someone does understand something on the menu and you can tell they don?t, insteadof just sighing and looking at the person like they dumb? how about you explain it. One of the employees was having an entire conversation on speakerphone that the entire dining room could hear while he sat there... rolling silverware. The lady on the other line cursed the entire time. So incredibly annoying and unprofessional! The food wasawful. The manager came over and offered a discount but proceeded to tell me how I should enjoy my meal. I was not provided witha detailed receipt, only that my credit card was ran for what I feel the full amount to be, rather than a discounted total.Nothing in my order was good. Y?all really had this girl working ALONE with like one cook and they managed to make some of the best take out I?ve ever had.... Like it was stupid good. You need to appreciate your workers and the first thing you need to do is to protect them from lowstaffing. Girl was stressed but held it all together. Thank you to that girl. Best food ever. I would leave zero stars if I could. I went there Friday night around 10:30 pm. I waited in the front to be seated for awhile,... no one came up to us to say anything. They just left us up there with no explanation. Finally a guy that was also waiting wentup to an employee and asked what was going on. She told him that the kitchen was backed up and that they weren't going to seatanyone until they catch up, I can understand that but what I can not understand is why NO one else came to at least tell usthat! Me and my family left and went to Denny's instead and had a wonderful meal. IHOP had the WORST service that night ever! Read more

I took my daughter's there for a mommy daughter dinner and I completely regret it! It took the greeter/waiter about 10 minutes... to realize we were waiting to be seated and there were only 3 tables with people so they were definitely not busy! He asked forour drink order and then returned to our table about another 10 minutes and said he would be right out with our drinks. Theyweren't even fancy drinks or anything just sodas! My husband called shortly after that to see how we were and he was shockedthat we hadn't received anything yet! We ended up getting up and walking out after about 40 minutes of beinging there with noservice! I will not be going back to this IHOP ever again!!!! Read more
