I'm beginning to think this location purposely does not take your order via drive thru speaker in the evening. I have come by... several weeks about once or twice every other week for the last 2 months at 11:30 pm on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Every singletime I have been told "we are only taking mobile orders right now" originally I thought there was just some kind of issue withthe cash register. It has been far too consistent to be an issue with equipment. I believe they are doing this on purpose by thenight crew, and it makes me want to go to another Jack in the Box instead. Even though this is the closest one to where I live.The food is good when I do put in a mobile order, there is no sign that this location should permanently only offer mobileorders. My friend and I had just gotten off an 11 hour shift at midnight and decided to stop here on way home. Lady at the drive thru... said that they weren?t doing any drive thru orders only mobile app orders to keep the drive thru times down. An annoyance forsure but I pulled up to the front and parked so I could download the app and order(luckily I had money on my card and not justcash). I placed my order and it said ready in 5 minutes. Ordered breakfast for 4 people in the drive thru. The food was good besides missing sausage patties on 2 sandwiches. Waited in... line for 10min. Got to the window and they forgot a drink then was told to pull up front. Waited up front for 15+min. Receivedmy food then realized I was missing some hash browns. Went back through the drive thru and they kindly replaced them and offereda cheesecake for the trouble. Took the food back and realized two sandwiches were missing sausage patties.
