Ordered at the kiosk. It said that someone would bring us our food. Waited 30-45 minutes at our table in the play place and... other tables were wondering where their food was as well. Went to check on it. Apparently they weren't bringing anybody theirfood, but just calling out numbers. So they ended up throwing my food out instead of figuring out who's it was. This washappening with everyone in the play place (and it was packed). So I waited another 10 minutes for them to finally make my order(which was rushed and not great). This McDonald's needs an entire staff replacement. Read more

One of the worst McDonald's I've been too. One Soda machine was broken,the other gave out flat soda and workers didnt even care.... , menu screens were broken, some of the self ordering kiosks were broken. Tables were a mess, food was prepped as if they werehaving a huge rush and were extremely busy but there were not that many people there. Read more

Husband had to make a quick trip because kids wanted some kids meal and he did not realize there was no nuggets in both kids... meal boxes.
