Around 10 pm there employees told us to wait outside because doors closes around that time, and told us to wait outside. We... waited outside and order and they decided to not take our order anymore. But they still took the other orders who were in thecar. Let me explain some more. There was a guy behind us also he wanted to order. They told him he couldn?t order this wasaround 10:08pm I believe when he ordered and left because he couldn?t get something to eat for himself. Funny because after heleft they still took other peoples orders. Plus! Let?s not forget this Mc Donald is drive thru 24/7 so meaning orders shouldstill be made and there is no reason to cancel anyones order through emotions. Seem like employees here pick and choose theircustomers from my perspective. Employees with Poor customer service and very unprofessional, I do customer service myself andbusiness of my own. I will fire them, I wish I had her name. The boss also need to recognize that poor employees means losingmore customers. Terrible atmosphere and signs stating you're only allowed 30 mins to eat. With small children while waiting for a friend this... was impossible to do. Won't go back unless have to them I'll use the drive thru. Employees were friendly enough but not a goodplace for children with homeless people surrounding outside and lined along trees next to parking. Read more
Cashier overcharged me, then lied to me about the price of what I ordered. After having an exhausting interaction with her about... it, she begrudgingly gave me a drink which should have been included in the meal I ordered. Ultimately, I was still overcharged.30. 10/10, A1 service. We went inside instead of going through the drive-through and as fast as we ordered they had the food out... before we could sit down. Now it might have just been so good because I was a little hung over but the breakfast was smack. Idon?t go to any other McDonald?s in the OKC area, this one is the best. Read more

The food is as good as any McDonald's but the milk shake machine has been down the last two times I have been there. The service... was slow due to the worker at the register was also handing out the orders. The staff, though, are courteous and were going asquickly as they could. Read more
