First time I?ve gone to Pei Wei since they split from PF Chang. They have new menu items. I tried the Thai Basil Chicken (new... item), it was flavorful. The portions were smaller than before. We got an old favorite Pad Thai and it was almost inedible.There was no flavor, the noodles were very wet which is not normal and the mouthfeel was slimy. This particular location was notclean and had a bad smell. We should have left because it was a bad indication of what was to come. I am not sure if I will goback. I may try another location to see if it was just this one getting it wrong. I hope that is the case, the old Pei Wei wasso good and constantly so. Read more
Kind staff, clean-ish, where we sat there were multiple remnants of food & crumbs in the seats. I was sadly not aware that a lot... of the food has bell pepper in it. The fried rice did, the crab rangoons did, as well as the chicken I chose. No bueno for aperson who cannot have those. Hopefully this review helps the folks alike! Read more
This location is never consistent! Every time we go there, with the same exact order, it?s always wrong. The Edmond location is... much better, no issues there. No sauce what so ever on the Pei Wei original, this happens most of the time, one time it was waytoo salty and tasted like fish!? I don?t know how that happens, it?s chicken, but it really tasted like fish. Snap peas wereinedible last time and sour. They mixed chicken with my order of tofu, just ordered tofu with the original and most of it waschicken. Last time going there, Edmond location only now. Read more
Sooo frustrating. Drive 30 minutes to get our order because we love your honey seared chicken and get home with our order and... there isn?t any sauce on the meals! Dry chicken, over cooked and no honey sauce! $35 wasted. Read more
