Mrs. Flip Out tried Pho & Roll the other day and it hit the spot for lunch. She had their C7 combo and the orange Thai Tea. The... grilled chicken had different spices than she expected but it was good and she also liked the veggies that came with it. Shetried their hot sauce with the chicken and rice and was really glad she didn?t try the extra hot sauce. While it had goodflavor, it was very spicy. I have really started to love this place. We have tried the grilled chicken fresh spring rolls (I am addicted) and I finally... decided to try the beef pho (so good! I was actually kind of surprised how good! However I am not a pho-ologist and don?t knowwhat ?good pho broth? is supposed to be, but I thought it was really good!) we have also gotten the meat dish with the fishsauce and pork. This is like one if those hidden gems. You can drive it and not even fully notice it. If it weren't for the giant pho flag/sign... I probably wouldn't have even known how good they actually are!I love esthetic, you can tell the owner really put effort intokind of a small place like this one. The pho here is pretty good. I always forget to take a picture if the grilled chickenspring rolls, they're just so damn good. The boba tea is decent and the sizes are big.
