Arrived on time through postmates which is a bit overpriced but as for the double quarter pounder both patties were burned black... on one side and dried out. The fries were undercooked and partly cold inside. Shake was a big mess all over the cup. Driver saysit was overfilled, but tasted good after cleaning the mess. Read more

This sonic has THE WORST customer service!!! Cher at the window needs a huge attitude adjustment. They let employees look dirty... and just unclean. Two simple hot dogs. Served cold. Dry buns. Almost 15 damn minutes. At the window the attendant gave me the gross food and... said "NOW I'll make your drink. " Make my drink? It was a Diet Coke, you pour it. Was sonic going downhill and we didn'tnotice until they sold out and there's a new owner? A rule that I find useful is if you take away speed you just have expensivebad food. And it's not just this sonic, there are others here and they all have their own set of problems. Read more
