We came tonite and when placing our order the girl cut us off and didn't let us finish what we were saying and then we pushed... the button to continue the order and no-one answered. We ended up driving away and going to another sonic a couple miles upnorth may and they did everything this location didn't do. We will not return to this one if in the area again. I work in retailand this is not what customer service is supposed to be like. I'd consider some retraining. Read more
Worst sonic I've ever been to lmao. They've not only got my order wrong multiple times, but have basically stolen my money.... They're supposed to close at 11pm? But it seems like the workers leave whenever they want. I've gone there before its even 10pmafter placing a mobile order and they're closed. So now they keep my money that I paid through the mobile app. Read more
Burger was good and drink was fine. Wait time was wild and the tots were most likely from yesterday.
This location doesn't even deserve one star. Last few times I've been here, I've had to leave for lack of service--either... waiting in the drive-thru for someone to say anything at the order box or because the person in front of me waiting for the sameexact thing OR pushing the red button inside of a stall and no one responding. The regular weekday crews that work here from3pm-close are trash and Idk how they got hired in the first place...? This Sonic used to be good, but has gone waaaaay downhillin the last year. Read more
