Male, approximately 5'4" with hair in a bun working drive thru observed vaping in restaurant. I spoke with manager who stated... that she would handle this immediately. Hopefully, this employee will be terminated immediately. An employee that will break ahealth related rule while management is doing paperwork in the office will continue to break rules. Ordered 2 strawberry Dr peppers with light ice. The poor carhop girl on her 3rd day read off the receipt and realized it was... wrong but had us try the drinks to make sure if they were wrong. One had no strawberries. The other drink did have them but wasalmost all ice. So the carhop had to take the drinks back. When the carhop brought the them back out. Her manager had herdeliver a message. "My manager wanted me to let you know, Just for your future info, when you order a drink with strawberries,if you want more, you have to say add extra strawberries. There's a only a certain amount that we can put in it." Like wut. Iorder this all the time and it was very obvious that the order was wrong. In this case why would you send the carhop back out toblame the customer (while glaring at us through the window) when we didn't even complain, we were asked. Read more
My wife if our elementary school?s PTA president and was calling some local businesses to see if they?d want to donate something... during parent teacher conferences for our teachers. When the lady answered the phone at Sonic and my began asking, the lady cuther off and said she didn?t have time for that and hung up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Read more
