Of course they made wonderful drinks per usual, but that's not what stood out to me. I just went through the drive thru and we... were greeted and helped by 2 or 3 different baristas that were so kind. It immediately stood out to me that this starbucks hasexceptional customer service compared to other locations I've been to. Great job! Read more
So I'm rating this place a 1 because twice now I've gotten a cappuccino and opened my cup removed the foam to find I paid for... half a cup of coffee. This isn't the 1st time at this location which is why I'm leaving a review. Really losing there qualityall around. I?ve said for years this is the worst location. We just moved back after 3 years and this location is still horrible? we?ve... lived in 3 different states and in 5 different cities and this is by far the worst Starbucks. The drinks are trash the customerservice is hit or miss. My dad just started drinking Starbucks I told him to avoid this location? but today I didn?t take my ownadvice?. The drinks were good today but the service trash. I ordered 2 venti cold brew coffees and I asked for water withstrawberry flavoring for my toddler. We get to the window and she gives us the two ice coffee drinks and tell us just a momenton the other drink.. the manager or someone comes to the window and is rude and short. And says ?we can?t order this drinkanymore?. We went ahead and made it but we can?t do it again in the future or we will have to charge you for a latte.? First offthis is my first time ordering this drink? secondly who complained about the price? I didn?t ask the price I asked for thedrink? either you can make it or you can?t?
