I haven?t been to this location, and I hope this was a one off for them?but I ordered at 8:10am on the app. I work less than 2... miles away and figured I had plenty of time to make it there, get my drink and return back to work by 9:00am for an importantmeeting. At 8:45am, I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund after waiting for 20 minutes and almost being late for mymeeting. I will be visiting my usual location in Moore moving forward. Read more

I?ve been going here for a long time, I live nearby and stop in often before work and I always order the same thing. Pre... pandemic it was great, they knew me by name and remembered my order. Now every time I go there is someone new, they forget myorder frequently when I go in and they take forever both inside and at the drive thru. I understand if they get busy or areunderstaffed once in awhile but this is becoming a regular thing, I would try to go to the one on SW 29th and May instead. Read more
We just came to the Starbucks in anticipating of placing an order. We went to use the restrooms first, but as I walked in I was... shocked and appalled to see how dirty the store is with three employees standing around behind the counter and no customers inthe drive-through or in the store. This is totally unacceptable, and we walked out instead of placing an order. You can do muchbetter. I have never seen a Starbucks in this kind of disarray.
