They have a really condescending sign on how to order your drink. I feel like this is very inappropriate.
I have gone to this starbucks three times now and the drinks are so inconsistent. I hate to be a downer but dude starbucks is... not cheap. The last time I went my matcha literally just tasted like milk and wasn't mixed at all.. Then I go today and half thedang venti cup is foam. I didn't order foam and its not suppose to be like this. I'm sorry but if I'm gunna splurge and spend 6+bucks on a drink I expect the cup to be full and made properly. Do better man do better. Read more
I?ve been to this location many times and have never had any issues but today was different. I also know that all Starbucks are... not the same but to me presentation is everything. I went through drive-thru today and ordered 2 iced coffees with added heavycream, flavored syrup, etc. When the girl gave me the first one, it wasn?t mixed. Coffee was at the bottom and everything elsewas sitting on top. I looked at it and started shaking it so she offered me a stirrer. When she gave me the second one, it wasthe same. I made the comment ?So we aren?t stirring today?? And she said yeah I know, sorry. Wow really? Maybe I?m expectingtoo much but I have never had an iced coffee from Starbucks that I had to stir myself.
