Service was good, enployee was nice, but the sign on the window really shows the character of management. Maybe more people... would "choose to work" if you paid them a livable wage. If you're so unable to find workers, why don't you jump in as the owneror manager and make the restaurant run properly instead of blaming people who don't want to get paid the cost of 1 sandwich perhour to deal with the entitled public (and probably the entitled management). People "choose to work" for companies that treatthem properly. The sign read "Due to lack of workforce, you may experience some service wait times to be longer than usual. Went to this subway a month or so back and got the rudest serve ever but I do know I?ve gotten good serve here before so I... chalked that visit as a one off. Just got back from another try here and got the same result from the same person only this timeI got burnt meatballs in my sub. We?ll never go to this location again till the find better help. Will be going down NWExpressway to find some better serve. Read more

This particular subway is poorly ran everytime I go up there before 1. I was standing in line forever (mind you I was the only... one in there). But who I THOUGHT was a customer actually was not. It was some guy in there talking to one employee lady withglasses. & she didnt even bother to acknowledge me. She was just talking to her boyfriend.
