Ordered my sandwich thru subway app... and subway app does not send your selection of toasted or untoasted! So I picked up my... order thinking it was correct! I barely left and opened my sandwich turned around and went back to get my cold sandwich to beremade Hot! They refused to give any service... refund or remake! No customer service! Considering that I order same sandwich inperson or online 2-4 times a week! Takes two seconds to say sorry and remake the sandwich! Customer service is horrible!!
