Absolutely amazing coffee and food!! This coffee shop is really small but it?s aesthetic is gorgeous. I found it when I was... waiting to get my hair done at Hair Rage and decided to get a coffee from sunshine baking co, the employees behind the counterare so sweet and they?re coffee is never watery or too strong(if you don?t like that). You should definitely visit them if youever get the chance. Read more
I got a lavender and white chocolate iced coffee and it is so bad I physically repulsed trying to choke it down /: I asked the... cashier (who was very nice) if the coffee could be iced and she said yes. So I don?t know if it was my fault having a normallyhot beverage iced, but it was so thick, bitter and warm that the experience was relative to drinking tampico. Like bitter hairconditioner. I took it home and shook it up with more ice and almond milk so as to not waste my money, but I?ve learned mylesson. I also got the stuffed croissant which is actually really good, so I will return for the pastries but definitely not thehighly overpriced coffee. This place is not a bakery. This is a small breakfast eats shop. Yes, they offer baked goods, but bakeries also have pies and... cakes. Sunshine baking does not offer that. -- I am not insisting that a bakery should only offer cakes/pies. I am howeverstating that a "breakfast and small eats" coffee shop should not advertise themselves as a bakery when they have zero pies andzero cakes available for immediate purchase.
